Hoi is set to meet with Prime Minister Hun Sen and Sokhonn, according to the ministry statement on 15 January.
He is expected to have meetings with Defence Minister Tea Banh, Economy and Finance Minister Aun Pornmoniroth, Public Works and Transport Minister Sun Chanthol, Education Minister Hang Chuon Naron, and Commerce Minister Pan Sorasak respectively.
Hoi will also attend the ASEAN tourism ministerial meeting on 19 January in Preah Sihanouk Ville.
